How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?
As soon as your package is shipped, we send you a shipment notification e-mail. You can follow your order with the tracking information provided in that e-mail, or by logging in to your account on our website.

I Chose The Wrong Size/ Color/ Address. Can The Information Be Changed ?
If you need to change your order information, please contact us in time so we can check the status of your order. While your package has not been shipped yet, we can change the size, the color or your personal information for you.
Once the package has already been shipped, you need to contact our customer service and we will reach out to the carrier to see whether the package information can still be changed. If the information cannot be changed and the item received does not fit, this cannot be treated as a product quality problem and it remains the responsibility of the customer.

Can You Help Me With A Damaged Product？
We are sorry that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to our support team together with your order information. We will evaluate the issue and, if we agree that the problem is on our side, we will send you a new product free of charge.
Please note that items reported as damaged more than 30 days after delivery cannot be returned or refunded. Products that do not fit because of an incorrect size choice, or because we were not contacted to modify the information before the package was shipped, cannot be considered a product quality problem and remain the responsibility of the customer.
We do offer a free size exchange service, but the customer needs to cover the shipping cost for sending the item back.
